Launched in 2022 and headquartered in Cincinnati, REST is a fully-curated experiential short-term rental provider rooted in high-quality amenities, seamless booking, and world-class customer service.

Influenced by our founder’s 35 years of experience in the hotel industry, we believe in doing the simple things in an extraordinary way. For instance, a key aspect of the guest experience at REST is our commitment to providing our guests with a truly comfortable bed in every single unit. No exceptions. We take this simple, often overlooked, concept and expand on it in a big way. Whether it’s premium amenities, thoughtful decor, or dedicated concierge services, every detail of your stay has been painstakingly sought out and selected in order to provide you the best experience possible. From the time you check in until the time you check out, in every aspect of your stay, we want your experience to be a restful one.

REST came into existence because we believe everyone deserves a comfortable and luxurious place to unwind. We’re building a new kind of short-term rental that provides the highest quality guest amenities and hospitality touches in modern, unique spaces. Better yet, the amenities, tasteful touches, and thoughtful accoutrements are all rounded out with exceptional service.  We take care of everything, you do the REST.

We create spaces we would want to stay in.

We have stayed at our fair share of STRs and have been disappointed at times. (Hey, we can’t help we have high standards!) That’s why we work hard to provide clean, comfortable spaces with modern technologies, high-end amenities, and sleek furnishings. We don’t settle for anything less, and we don’t expect you to either.

We believe everyone deserves a comfortable place to rest.

In 2022, we established the Take a Rest Foundation in partnership with The Dayton Foundation. Ten percent of our yearly profits are donated to causes designed to help alleviate homelessness in our communities. As a company, we’ve set a goal of raising $10,000,000 in charitable funds so the positive impact will continue well into the future.
